Alstom Projects
Long-term cooperation with Alstom has resulted in the implementation of several research and development projects in the area of machinery diagnostics and vibration monitoring. Completed projects increased knowledge and competence in the field of early fault detection and fault prediction on rotating machines.
Monitoring of Wind Farms
In cooperation with Vulkan Seacom we develop dedicated comprehensive diagnostic and monitoring center for wind farms. Remote web access allows to analyze the data and detect failures from all over the world.
Wireless Bus Diagnostics System
EC Systems in cooperation with Solaris Bus & Coach develops a system for managing and diagnostics of the buses. Implemented software allows for streamlining the process of diagnosing faults in all the peripheral systems of individual vehicles and thus reduces maintenance and production costs.
End Of Line
EC Systems in cooperation with EC Project develops a wireless system for Solaris Bus & Coach, which verifies the parameters of peripheral devices installed in buses. Software installed on a portable device will be used for verification of all implemented systems in buses. The final production cost of buses is to be reduced thanks to smaller amount of time needed to perform all the tests.
Remote monitoring of mining facilities
The project consisted of complete installation of diagnostic and monitoring equipment for coal conveyors and coal shearers. EC Systems conducts continuous analysis of machines through remote access to diagnostic data. Implemented solution meets the requirements of the ATEX European directive on work with equipment in hazardous areas.
Portable measuring system
In the project we installed a portable measurement system at one of the factories. Monitoring system was installed on two cooperating high speed conveyors transporting chewing gum together with a cutter for the wrapping paper. Thanks to our system it was possible to fix several important technical issues at the facility.
